Workshop given with Liza Fior on secret code within the public realm, at the Berlin conference PÖPP 68 – private, public, personal, political. To engage the public to participate in art or architecture it may be required to communicate in a way which is appropriate to address a specific community, enabling them to ‘share a secret’. Examples of secret codes have been presented that operate under the public eye without being perceived as such.
