The second collaboration with CarverHaggard architects for Harrow Libraries saw a careful refurbishment of a beautiful purpose-built library from the 1960s. All original shelving has been maintained and signage reinstated where possible. Some furniture has been designed to designate a new teen area and enhance the functioning of the children’s library. All designs have been developed in collaboration with the library staff.
