German artist Gabriele Muschel’s work covers a wide range of techniques, materials and subjects. To reflect these variations this major retrospective of her work has been designed using alternating typefaces and paper stocks throughout the publication. The finished book resembles a collection of separate periodicals, which are held together by a half-cover, rather than a fine art catalogue.
