Commissioned by Transport for London’s Property Development department, this publication is an ambitious attempt to set out the design principles put forward to external developers.
The document introduces six overarching principles, partly rather abstract humanist ideals, partly everyday construction practicalities. Each principle is communicated by a theme illustration setting the tone, followed by a set of elaborate information graphics.
